Mackenzie Construction Names Cash for Kids as Charity Partner for 2026/27

Mackenzie Construction is proud to announce Cash for Kids as its charity partner for 2026/27, continuing the company’s long‑standing commitment to supporting the communities in which it operates.

The partnership reflects Mackenzie Construction’s focus on backing organisations that deliver practical, local support to those who need it most. Cash for Kids is a grant‑giving charity that supports children and young people affected by poverty, illness, neglect or additional needs, working through a network of local teams to ensure funds raised are invested directly back into the communities they serve.

Operating across the UK and delivering civil engineering and structural refurbishment projects, Mackenzie Construction has teams based in Glasgow, Inverness, Dundee, Newcastle and Stafford. Supporting charities with a strong local presence remains a core part of the company’s corporate responsibility approach, ensuring its community activity aligns with the places where its people live and work.

Nina Devaney, Charity Coordinator at Mackenzie Construction, said, “Choosing our charity partner is always an important decision for the business, and Cash for Kids stood out because of the real, local impact they make for children and families who need support the most. This partnership gives our teams across all offices the opportunity to get involved, raise awareness and contribute to a cause that closely reflects our values as a company.”

Throughout the 2026/27 period, Mackenzie Construction will focus its fundraising and awareness‑raising efforts on supporting Cash for Kids’ work with children and families facing challenging circumstances. By working closely with schools, community groups and local partners, the charity provides targeted support that reaches those who might otherwise struggle to access help.

The partnership will see Mackenzie Construction bring colleagues together across the business to take part in a programme of fundraising activities and events during the year. With strong engagement already emerging from teams across all offices, the focus will be on making a practical and meaningful contribution that reinforces the company’s ongoing commitment to giving back within the communities it serves.

By aligning with Cash for Kids, Mackenzie Construction continues to strengthen its culture of community support and social responsibility, demonstrating the positive role businesses can play in supporting children and families across the UK.
