Mackenzie Construction Celebrates Second 30-Year Club Luncheon

Mackenzie Construction was proud to host the second gathering of its 30-Year Club at the Voco Grand Central Hotel on Friday, 11th July, marking another milestone in honouring long-standing dedication and loyalty within the company.

Launched in June 2024, the 30-Year Club was created to recognise and celebrate those who have dedicated three decades or more of service to Mackenzie Construction. Following the resounding success of the inaugural luncheon last year, this second event continued the tradition of bringing together long-serving colleagues whose careers have helped shape the business into what it is today.

The afternoon was filled with shared stories, camaraderie, and appreciation. Mackenzie Construction’s People Ambassador, Scott Meenagh, also attended the event, giving a brief update on his journey towards the 2026 Winter Paralympic Games. Scott highlighted the shared values of resilience, commitment, and community that connect his sporting journey with Mackenzie Construction’s culture.

Managing Director, Andy Dalrymple, reflected on the occasion:
“It’s a privilege to host this event once again and to spend time with those who have played such a vital role in our journey. Their loyalty and contributions are the foundation of everything we’ve built, and it’s only fitting that we take the time to celebrate them properly.”

The 30-Year Club is a reminder of the people-first ethos at the heart of Mackenzie Construction. With the continued success of these events, this tradition reinforces the company’s commitment to honouring those who have helped it thrive.
