A Year of Partnership with Men’s Sheds
Mackenzie Construction’s 2025/26 charity partnership with Scottish Men’s Sheds Association and UK Men’s Sheds Association has come to a close, marking a year of meaningful collaboration and community impact. Together, we are proud to have raised £1,359.81, which will be shared equally between both organisations to support their ongoing work across communities.
Men’s Sheds create welcoming spaces where people can connect, learn practical skills and work on projects that bring a real sense of purpose. These spaces play an important role in supporting mental health and wellbeing, tackling loneliness, and strengthening community ties.
Supporting causes that reflect our values of collaboration, wellbeing and community engagement remains central to what we do at Mackenzie Construction. Working alongside Men’s Sheds throughout the year has been a rewarding partnership, and we are grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the work they carry out across the country.
While our charity partnership year has now concluded, this is not the end of our relationship. As our projects continue within local communities, we will look for opportunities to support nearby Men’s Sheds by donating surplus construction materials where possible.
We would like to thank everyone who contributed to the fundraising efforts over the past year. The support shown has helped two remarkable organisations continue creating spaces where people can connect, share skills and support one another.
